About Polka123 Cafe
Our Story
Polka123 Cafe was founded in 2018 with a simple belief: great coffee deserves great food, great company, and a great space. We source our beans directly from small farms in Coorg, Araku Valley, and Wayanad, and roast them fresh every week at our central roastery.
Our kitchens are led by chefs who believe in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The menu changes with the harvest — what you eat in July will taste different in December, and that's the point.
Our Coffee
We work exclusively with farms that practice ethical, sustainable agriculture. Every bag we buy is traceable to a single farm or cooperative. We offer filter, espresso, and cold brew methods, and our baristas are trained to help you find your perfect cup.
